Investigate into the effect of leadership style on
organizational performance.
Leadership style represents an important aspect of
leadership. In agile environments and changing situation, what can survive
organization is proper leadership style. Its significance stems from the
contribution it makes to the organization’s success. For example, Gebert and
Steinkamp (1991), argue that there is a close relationship between the economic
success of an organization and leadership style used. Leadership style also has
a significant impact on performance (Yousef, 1998).
The main objective of this study is to find out the effects of
leadership style on employee attitude.
